Each log is air-cured in open Venetian sheds, allowing gentle Adriatic breezes to pass through the timber. This centuries-old practice enables the fibres to settle gradually, resulting in a veneer with a calm, classical straight-line formation. Once seasoned, the oak undergoes hand-guided slicing, where the craftsman adjusts blade pressure to ensure an even, dignified grain across the sheet.

A light mineral-wash pigment — compliant with the highest European standards — is applied in paper-thin coats, enhancing the oak’s warm neutrality without obscuring its authenticity.
