The timber is hand-selected at the log yard, where artisans evaluate the grain lineage, crown patterning, and fibre density before approving only the Prime-grade logs.

The wood is cured in cool-mist conditioning chambers, mimicking the natural forest humidity that sessile oak thrives in. This keeps the grain structure relaxed and allows its fine crown formations to develop cleanly without distortion.

The veneer is sliced using precision European crown-cutting, revealing a rhythmic pattern of soft, rounded crowns that feel classic, noble, and exceptionally balanced. A light mineral pigment — certified to the highest EU environmental norms — highlights the natural gradation without altering the oak’s genetic identity.
